At Sawyer Bane, we stand behind the quality of every piece and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must still be attached
  • Item must be free of stains, scents, or damage

To start a return, please email info@sawyerbane.com with your order number.


Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or item availability.

If your desired size or item is out of stock, we will issue store credit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing depending on your bank

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Limited release pieces
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories (including hats)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@sawyerbane.comwith photos.

We will make it right.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
